Includes monitoring firewall logs, managing your Anti Virus applications
and ensuring that regular updates are applied where necessary,
applying emergency updates as and when they become available.
Proactive Desktop Support
This includes maintaining your desktop environments and ensuring that
all security patches and hot fixes are applied when necessary.
