Remote Support
Remote support means the ability to control your computer
systems from our office almost as if we were actually there
ourselves. For all new customers we will complete a full audit of
your IT infrastructure, it is during this audit that we will make
remote support possible. Remote support will be available
during the helpdesk hours of (9am - 5:30pm) and you are free to call
the helpdesk as many times as you want during these hours.
